HOME TOURNAMENTS RULE BOOK ELITE PLAYERS FORMS 2011 CHAMPS

During the course of the 2012 BSC softball season,  no elite players will be able to compete at anytime in the rec division. These rules apply for both the men and women's divisions. Players may use the classification form on the forms link to appeal being placed on the list. Send all appeals to clay@blacksoftballcircuit.com

There are obviously players that have not played on the circuit before that would be ineligible to play rec ball as well. In addition to these elite players, there are several players that can and do play ball at the competitive level in the BSC. Any rec teams looking to pick up any players that have played at the comp level that  was not on their roster for 2010, must get approval before adding these players to their rosters, or run the risk of player being ineligible to play. Again, please use the classification form on the forms link. Form must be submitted at least two weeks prior to any event that the player may participate in.
